Detects when AI agent actions target Salesforce objects that have validation rules which could silently reject DML operations. Validation rules are invisible to the LLM planner and will cause cryptic 'FIELD_CUSTOM_VALIDATION_EXCEPTION' errors that the agent cannot handle gracefully.
