Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SquireX ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. SquireX is operated by the SquireX team ("we," "us," or "our").

2. Description of Service

SquireX provides a static security analysis tool for Salesforce Agentforce metadata. The Service includes a command-line interface (CLI), a GitHub App for automated pull request scanning, an MCP Server for AI agent integration, and associated web services.

3. License Tiers

The Service is offered under three tiers:

  • Community: Free for individual developers. Unlimited local scans and public repository scanning via the GitHub App.
  • Pro: Paid subscription ($49/repo/month or $490/repo/year). Enables private repository scanning for up to 3 repositories per subscription.
  • Enterprise: Paid subscription ($299/org/month). Enables unlimited private repository scanning under a single GitHub Organization.

License keys and subscriptions are non-transferable and may not be shared across unaffiliated organizations.

4. Payment and Billing

All paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to scan repositories you do not own or have authorization to scan.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract proprietary rule logic from the Service.
  • Share license keys with third parties not covered under your subscription.
  • Use the Service in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations.

6. Data and Code Privacy

SquireX performs all analysis locally within your environment. Your source code and Agentforce metadata are never transmitted to or stored on our servers. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all security rules, analysis logic, and associated software, is the proprietary property of SquireX. Nothing in these terms grants you ownership of any intellectual property rights in the Service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that all security vulnerabilities in your codebase will be detected. Security scanning is a tool to assist your team and is not a substitute for comprehensive security review.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SquireX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms. You may terminate your subscription at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify active subscribers of material changes via email.
